Lapel badge in silver-colored metal consists of a circle with written around the edges "Flight Crew". At the center is a fasces with a small wing. In the upper part of the badge is a royal crown. 
The badge is in perfect condition and dates back to the '30s. On the back is the Spillino. Does not contain the name of the manufacturer
